Welfare is the average measure of how your colony is surviving. Welfare, on the grid, is shown as a color-changing bar above the prestige measurement bar. The device will generate its measurement based on factors like:
.Status of colonists(hunger, health, morale, H2O, O2, etc)
.Status of machinery in the base(good, okay, poor)
.Health of structures(interior and exterior)
Welfare can help you see how well you are directing your colony and if you need imporvement on your base.
